ISRAEL, Monday, June 15th , 2009: Launch of Fusion Australia’s two blends (Shiraz-Merlot and Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon) and Fusion Spain’s blend (Tempranillo-Garnacha) in one of the top restaurants in Israel called Maraboo. The talented chef, Yoav Bar, has recently won the domestic Iron Chef competition.

The chef has masterfully prepared three unique dishes to perfectly match the full flavored Fusion Global Winery wines.
