Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon

The Blend

85% McLaren Vale Shiraz, 15% McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon from the classic 2005 vintage.

The Color

Dense and dark, almost opaque black crimson color with purple crimson hue.

The Nose

Chocolate, espresso coffee, cedary oak and hints of capsicum.

Palate

Tight and full-bodied, persistent, long and forceful. The wine has impressive texture and firm tannins. Mocha, chocolate, black berries and black cherries. Long and impressive finish.
The wine is unfiltered and unfined.
